I don't think I'm going to address this news of possible interest that I mentioned last week as of yet, though a large portion of the readership already knows what it is anyway. But I have composed a little feature for today that could be seen as a hint of sorts... The Top Ten Wedding Photos on Flickr, selected by me, in no particular order: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Vote for your favorite in the comments section and I will write a brief story about the winning image that will incorporate the name, favorite color, hometown, and pet's name of a lucky reader entrant chosen at random (please include these details along with your entries).

But #4 Rules because it's got a chick dancing with a cane. I love that almost as much I love dogs who have to use wheels instead of their back legs. Almost.
my favorite color is rusty metal or moss green. i have a variety of appellations. hometown=springfield. and the pet name that i'll include is...jezebelle. though you can also work with daisy, trick e. ramone and/or zakary van rat face.

I can't explain it entirely, but #3 sort of captures the smarmy, narcissistic, drunken, fuggy mood of "late-night wedding reception" for me.

I would have to say #4. My first reaction upon seeing this was "oh look it's Mike, he's hauling the damn karaoke machine to another wedding".

I just can't decide which is my favorite. While viewing #11’s photostream, I kept expecting to see photos of the bride (Sylvia, I guess) doing other personal tasks around her apartment, like responding to email or reading a book. I guess I gotta go with my first love and pick #1. I love the captured look of quiet fear and regret (real or imagined) and the slight sweat on the guy’s brow not to mention the hyper, crazy color and lighting. I have to give honorable mentions to #6 where I felt compelled to look at the rest of the photos to make sure that groom didn't die of a heart attack and #7 with the looking-away-cake-feeding bride. #3 is not showing up for me. andover, brown, and brother and sister – reader sarah p
