They take what sounds like a pretty straightforward news conference by some dog expert and by cleverly conflating street smarts and mutation attempt to mold it into something completely different. Plus at the end it veers away from dogs entirely: "Several occurrences of crows' attacks against people have been registered. Specialists, however, believe that the birds behave so for their wish to play with humans."
